Structural steel welding
Welding of structural steels takes place in a separate plant hall built for this purpose. We mainly use a shielded gas welding process with consumable metal electrode. Due to its considerable advantage, it is the most commonly used welding process. The high welding speed, the minimal post-production and slight deformation result in excellent economic efficiency. In the case of producing larger series, we use welding robots. The use of robots in welding eliminates quality deficiencies, weld formation is reproducible and automated. A Rösler type shot blasting machine was installed in the plant. The surface of the built-in parts is homogeneous and scratch-free, which eliminates time-consuming manual sanding.
