PRODUCTION OF ALUMINUM WELDED STRUCTURES
We have been manufacturing aluminum welded structures for almost 20 years. Manufacturers are placing increasing emphasis on reducing the weight of structures, machine parts and vehicles manufactured in industry. Welding of aluminum structures, due to the properties of the material, requires more professional knowledge and preparation than in the case of carbon steel. There are several disadvantageous factor during welding that greatly affect the quality of the welded joint. In addition to manual arc welding processes, we also use a robot welding process. After laser metalworking (plane laser, tube laser), the components that are built into the structures are formed with CNC edge bending machines, if necessary. In the production of metal structures, we also use spot welding or fastener injection, if necessary, as well as individual processes that contribute to achieving excellent quality. Shot blasting of the components is also available on request. After quality control of welded metal structures and issuance of measurement sheets the steel structures are packed on demand and then delivered to the customer.
