AUTOMATED LASER CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

Laser cutting is an automated cutting process where thermal energy is provided by a laser beam. Using cost-effective CNC laser cutting technology, traditional metalworking methods have lost ground. Among our CNC machines suitable for machining plate boards and flat surfaces also includes CO2 and fiber laser equipment. We use both cutting technologies extensively. Laser cutting technologies are characterized by productivity, economic efficiency and excellent cutting quality. By using different laser cutting technologies, we can provide flexible production safety. We mainly specialize in the production of structural steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheets, medium and large production series. The technical standard of our machines and the training of our experts guarantee that we can serve the needs of our corporate partners to the maximum. Parts have a cutting surface - without mechanical contact, free of burrs - that does not require post-processing. Our quality assurance experts check the conformity of the products. We will soon put into operation 2 fully automated Trumpf laser cutting equipment. Thanks to automation, parts are not damaged or scratched. Thanks to the improvements, we increase the efficiency of production.

In 2021, we installed a new Timesavers 42-series 1350-WRb grinding machine.

We have expanded our service to include deburring of flat plate parts and rounding of cutting edges.
